Cooperative Transmission for AoI-Penalty Aware State Estimation in Marine IoT Systems
Ling Lyu (S’16-M’19) received the B.S. degree in telecommunication engineering from Jinlin University, Changchun, P. R. China, in 2013; and the Ph.D. degree in control theory and control engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Shanghai, China, in 2019. She joined Dalian Maritime University, China, in 2019, where she is currently an associate professor in Department of Telecommunication. She is a visiting student in University of Waterloo, Canada (September 2017-September 2018). Her current research interests include wireless sensor and actuator network and application in industrial automation, the joint design of communication and control in industrial cyber-physical systems, estimation and control over lossy wireless networks, machine type communication enabled reliable transmission in the 5G network, resource allocation, energy efficiency.

Rongkai Wang received his B. Eng. degree in electrical engineering and automation from Hangzhou Dianzi University, Hangzhou, China, in 2016, the Master’s Degree in control theory and control engineering at Fuzhou University, Fuzhou, China, in 2019. He is currently working toward the D. Eng. degree in electronics and information at Zhejiang University, Hangzhou, China. His current research interests include IIoT system architecture, OPC UA and Industrial Internet of Things technology.
