Zhipeng Liu is a postgraduate student at Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, Beijing, China, and received the B.Eng degree in communication engineering from Harbin Institute of Technology, Weihai, China, in 2018. His main research focuses on radio resource management, vehicular communications and deep reinforcement learning.

Xiongfeng Guo received the B.S. degree in electronic information engineering from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications (BUPT), Beijing, China, in 2018. He is currently pursuing the M.S.degree in information and communication engineering at BUPT. His current research interests include vehicular networks, wireless communications,and machine learning.

Zhan Shu received the B.S. degree in electronic information engineering from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications (BUPT) in 2018. He is currently pursuing the M.S. degree in information and communication engineering in BUPT. His major research areas are network communication and signal detection.He has participated in a number of cooperative projects with China Railway Electrification Bureau Group Co., Ltd.

Hailong Huang received received Ph.D degree in Systems and Control from the University of New South Wales, Sydney, Australia, in 2018. He is a research associate at the University of New South Wales, Sydney, Australia. His current research interests include wireless sensor networks, networking protocols, and guidance, navigation, and control of mobile robots.

Narges Yousefnezhad is a PhD candidate at Aalto University with particular interest in Internet of Things,Network Security, and Machine Learning. Currently she works on context awareness of sensor datain IoT platform focused on identification, authorization and access control problems. In addition, she recently was involved in the Smart Electrical Vehicle (EV)charging use case as a part of Bio Tope project, collaborating with BMW company. Prior to enrolling for doctoral study, she worked for one year as research assistant (project employee) at Aalto to the Secure Systems group leaded by Prof. Asokan. During this period, she worked on access control in various networks including mobile communication and physical interaction. She holds a master’s degree in Information Technology (IT) Engineering, a branch of Computer Science focuses on computer networks and security, from Sharif University of Technology, Iran.
